The Stanislas Library exhibits 79 engravings by Weisbuch.
The very recent news makes me share with you an event at the initiative of the Stanislas Library of Nancy. As well as some interesting links relating to it such as the article published in the Est Républicain as well as a link to a video to the France 3 report.
The Stanislas Library, will exhibit a batch of extremely rare engravings, in very small print runs. these 79 untraceable engravings by Weisbuch were created in the period 1948 to 1959. 79 They will be exhibited 2 by 2 and they will change by rotation over the months of 2018. So that allow the public to discover the diversity of the 79 prints to be acquired.
Nota Bene: when Weisbuch engraves these drypoints he was barely 21 years old…
Here is the report broadcast on Friday, December 29, 2017 in the 19/20 of France 3 which specifies this crowdfunding whose entry ticket starts at 10€.
You will have more information by going to visit the site of the heritage foundation which deals with this event. There is also a small paper leaflet with the subscription warrant made on this occasion. So you can note that several tax aspects are interesting.
